Riley was invited to showcase at 100% Design Joburg x Decorex, a major moment, and their first official design showcase. With only a month to pull it all together, Riley built a stall that felt like a living snapshot of their practice; graphic design, the launch of Bent, customisable posters created on the spot, and a hand-painted mural done live over the weekend. Even the clothes Riley wore were painted by hand. A weekend that reminded Riley why they make things in the first place, to create spaces that feel alive, honest, and unmistakably theirs.
DERiley wurde eingeladen, bei 100% Design Joburg x Decorex auszustellen – ein bedeutender Moment und zugleich Rileys erste offizielle Design-Showcase. Mit nur einem Monat Vorlauf entstand ein Stand, der wie ein lebendiger Ausschnitt ihrer Praxis wirkte: Grafikdesign, der Launch von Bent, vor Ort personalisierbare Poster und ein handgemaltes Mural, das über das Wochenende live entstand. Selbst die Kleidung, die Riley trug, war von Hand bemalt. Es war ein Wochenende, das Riley daran erinnerte, warum sie überhaupt gestalten: um Räume zu schaffen, die lebendig, ehrlich und unverwechselbar eigen sind.
